WORCESTER – The 4.5 acre lot at 1059 Grafton St., which is home to the A.P. Fish Company market, has been sold. The new owner, 1059 Grafton Street LLC, plans a car wash, a 4,000 square foot building, and a 120 foot tunnel at the location.
The manager of 1059 Grafton Street LLC is Michael Bass, of Boston. The sale closed on June 2 for $775,000.
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the seller, Pizzrella Irrevocable trust, in the sale.
