WORCESTER – The data experts at Wallethub have released their latest report on the best cities in America to get a bite to eat.
The report — 2018’s Best Foodie Cities in America — lists more than 180 U.S. cities across 29 key indicators of foodie-friendliness. Their data set ranges from cost of groceries to affordability and accessibility of high-quality restaurants to food festivals per capita.
Of the 180 cities listed, Worcester ranks #123 — coming in at #140 and #110 in affordability and diversity, accessibility, and Quality ranks, respectively.
Across New England, Worcester trailed several other cities including Boston (#39), Portland, ME (#48) and Providence (#92).
