25-Year-Old Worcester Man Arrested for Breaking and Entering

WORCESTER - Police dispatched to CVS on Lincoln St. in response to a report of a break-in around 11 PM on Monday, May 17.

Officers arrived on the scene to find a man crawling through broken doors at the store upon arrival.

Police say that the man, Drake Zmijewski, 25, of Worcester, was holding various colognes and perfumes at the time.

Zmijewski also allegedly resisted arrest.

Zmijewski faces several charges:

  • Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime
  • Vandalism
  • Larceny from a Building
  • Resisting Arrest
  • Assault and Battery on a Police Officer (two counts)
