SPENCER - Spencer Police and Fire responded to a report of a woman drowning at Stiles Reservoir on Sunday, August 9.
When first responders arrived, they found a neighbor performing CPR on a 48-year-old woman.
An ambulance transported the woman to St. Vincent Hospital where she was pronounced dead just before 6 PM.
Spencer Police and State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate the apparent drowning.
