80-Year-Old Worcester Man Arrested for Fentanyl

WORCESTER - Worcester Police Vice Squad arrested a man on Webster St. on Tuesday, March 16, who faces charges for possession of Fentanyl.

Police dispatched to Webster St. to serve a search warrant and located the target of the warrant, Richard Peters, 80, leaving the residence.

Police detained Peters while searching the apartment.

During the search police located ten bags of what they believe to be Fentanyl in the possession of Peters. They also located more bags of Fentanyl in the apartment, along with packaging materials.

Peters faces charges of Possession of a Class A Substance with Intend to Distribute (second or subsequent offense).
