WORCESTER – Police initiated a traffic stop on Wednesday, Oct. 23, the led to an arrested for drug and firearms charges.
According to the Worcester Police Department, officers developed information that a man was selling fentanyl from out of his Honda Pilot. At around 8 PM, officers saw the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near Walgreens at 320 Park Ave.
During the investigation, officers located two loaded handguns and bags of fentanyl and cocaine.
The driver, Christian Andino-Morales, 44, was arrested and faces charges of:
- Carrying a Firearm without a License;
- Use of a Firearm while Committing a Felony;
- Improper Storage of a Firearm;
- Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card;
- Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute; and
- Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute.
