A suspect has been arraigned in the July 10 stabbing at the Auburn Mall.
The investigation was conducted by detectives with the Massachusetts State Police [MSP] and Auburn Police Detective Bureau. Yohance Jones, 19, of Webster, was arrested within 48 hours.
Jones arraignment took place on Monday, July 13, for charges that include two counts of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
Jones is held without bail pending dangerousness hearing on July 21.
The stabbing victim was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. There is no update on the victim’s current condition.
