WORCESTER – A 26-year-old Auburn man appeared in federal court in Worcester on Wednesday.
Jesse Laino was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint with one count of possession of child pornography. He was released on conditions.
According to court documents, federal agents searched Laino’s residence and seized two cellphones that contained child pornography — including hundreds of images and dozens of videos.
Laino faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison, up to three years of supervised release and a fine of $250,000.
