WORCESTER – Police urged the public to avoid the area of Target in Lincoln Plaza due to an ongoing investigation in the six oclock hour in Tuesday, January 24.
According to the Worcester Police Department, an anonymous threat was call in to the area and is being investigated by police. Further information on the nature of the threat was not immediately available.
Just before 8 PM on Tuesday, the Worcester Police Department announced the area is cleared and fully reopened to the public.
