Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

• 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 1 can crab meat
• 1 tsp. parsley flakes
• 2 tblsp. parmesan cheese
• 1 beaten egg
• 2 tblsp melted butter
• 15 to 20 large mushrooms

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients — Add melted butter last.
2. Stuff mushrooms and place on greased cookie sheet
3. Brush with additional melted butter (optional)
4. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes

Note: mushroom stems may be chopped and added to stuffing mixture.
