BLACKSTONE – Police in Blackstone seek help from the public to identify a suspect in an armed robbery of a convenience store on Tuesday, September 14.
At around 5:50 PM the suspect rode a multi-colored BMX-type bicycle from Blackstone Street to the Emmanuel Mart convenience store at 63 Main Street. The suspect entered the store and conducted a robbery at gunpoint.
After leaving the store, the suspect fled the scene on the same bicycle on Blackstone Street.
Police ask residents along Blackstone Street with exterior security cameras who may have captured the individual to contact the Blackstone Police Department.
Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Blackstone Police directly or through the anonymous tip line at 508-876-5847. Tips can also be submitted through the department website.
