WORCESTER – The holidays are a time of giving back to those left fortunate, and the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is offering you an opportunity to do just that while having fun. In an effort to raise funds and awareness for their Holiday Giving program, which provides gifts to 2,000 youth and support to 200 families, they are hosting “Club for the Holidays”, a cocktail reception and celebrity fashion show being held on Thursday, December 7th. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a holiday tree auction. Club supporters, including local businesses and individuals, will be providing decorated artificial trees that will be auctioned off during the evening to guests, who have the choice of either taking their tree home or giving it to a Club family.
