WORCESTER – A 85,000-square-foot building at 324 Clark St. in Worcester has sold for $13 million.
The building was sold by Worcester Investment Group to Lowfield Realty Group, LLC.
At the time of the sale, the building was fully occupied. Tenants included two state agencies — the Department of Developmental Services and Department of Early Education and Care; South Bay Community Services; and Nouria Energy Corporation (25,000 SF).
The deal was brokered by Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate firm serving Worcester and Central Massachusetts.
Worcester Investment Group owns Nouria Energy corporation and the business will continue to run their operations at 324 Clark Street, per the agreement.
