Burncoat Prep Sign Vandalized, Police Seek Suspect

WORCESTER – An unidentified individual vandalized the sign at Burncoat Preparatory School on Saturday, June 27. Surveillance video captured the act just before midnight.

Multiple outlets have reported the word “Don’t” was spray painted near the statement “Black Lives Matter.”

Worcester Police are asking for help from the public to identify the person in the below video. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to send an anonymous text to 274637 TIPWPD + your message or send an anonymous web-based message at Worcesterma.gov/police. Calls can also be made to the operations division at 508-799-8669.

On June 27th at approximately 11:53 PM an individual vandalized the sign of Burncoat St Preparatory School. The person seen below was captured on camera, and the Worcester Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
