HOLDEN - Police responded to Chapel Street at around 3 AM on Sunday, January 16, in response to a report of a man reporting he was under assault. Officers arrived at the scene to find Daniel Cabrera, 38, of Worcester, walking in the roadway while intoxicated.
Cabrera told officers he sustained an injury, resulting in the Holden Fire Department responding.
Cabrera was being evaluated in the ambulance when he unstrapped himself and began urinating inside the ambulance.
The investigation revealed Cabrera violated a restraining order and was arrested. He faces charges of disorderly conduct and violation of an abuse prevention order.
