Forecast Calls for Chance of Snow Friday Morning in Worcester

The National Weather Service [NWS] has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for much of the week, including a chance of snowfall on Friday morning in the Worcester area.

According to NWS, rain and snowfall is likely before 11 AM on Friday. Remnants of Tropical Storm Zeta will hit Southern New England Friday and Friday.

NWS expects wind gusts that may reach up to 45 mph, with the strongest winds across Cape Cod and the Islands.

The Hazardous Weather Outlook is in place from Tuesday to Sunday for most of Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.
