From the Seller: Great WWII era U.S. Navy spotlight made by Westinghouse. It does work. It measures 18 inches in diameter by 26 inches tall. Overall it is in great condition. The exterior shows general moderate surface scratching, scuffing and wear throughout. There are some spots of surface rusting in places throughout the exterior.
