WORCESTER – Another new tenant is moving into South Plaza on Grafton St. in Worcester.
The 24-hour fitness center, Crunch Fitness, will be opening a new location in the plaza next spring. A representative from Crunch told ThisWeekinWorcester.com that the gym hopes to open by April 2020.
As TWIW first reported this summer, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet opened in the plaza back in October. The gym will open on the other side of Citi Trends, next to Ollie’s.
Crunch Fitness is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and the front desk is staffed Monday thru Thursday 8 AM to 9 PM, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and weekends 8 AM to 4 PM.
The gym promises to offer personal training, group fitness classes and memberships starting at $9.95 per month.
The new Worcester location will be the sixth Crunch fitness in Worcester County, including a Worcester location on Millbrook St., Auburn, Fitchburg, Westborough, and Oxford. The gyms are owned by Fitness Holdings, LLC and the new Worcester location will be the 23rd Crunch location they own.
