WORCESTER – The EcoTarium announced on Wednesday, March 31, that its outdoor animal exhibits, trails and Nature Explore playground will open Friday, April 23.
Regular hours will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
The EcoTarium will also broadcast pop-up educator- and zoo-led programs on Facebook live between 10 AM and 4 PM on April 23.
The EcoTarium will not sell tickets on-site. All tickets are timed and must be purchased in advance.
Variable pricing is in effect, allowing people to choose an admission price that is most comfortable for them.
Members are admitted free of charge, but must still get their timed tickets in advance. Member preview days are Tuesday, April 20, Wednesday, April 21, and Thursday, April 22, from 10 AM to 5 PM.
The EcoTarium, located at 222 Harrington Way in Worcester, finds innovative ways to connect visitors with science and nature. Its exhibits include lions, birds of prey, otters and more.
