WORCESTER – A true crime, cold case podcast series exploring the dozens of unsolved murders and missing persons cases currently under investigation by the Worcester Police Department released episode 10 of Season 2 on Thursday.
From the founder of ThisWeekinWorcester.com, “Unsolved: Worcester” is a series of narrative episodes airing every Tuesday and Thursday over six 10-episode series. The episodes have an average run time of 19 minutes.
Episode 10 of Unsolved: Worcester Season 2 shares the story of the unsolved murder of 49-year-old Roland Clarkson on Sept. 7, 1973.
Roland was clobbered in the head with a large piece of concrete near Salem Square in downtown Worcester.

Unsolved: Worcester returns in a few weeks with the first 10 episodes of missing person cases, starting with the February 1974 missing person cases of 24-year-old Vicke Lee Lamberton.
Each episode is accompanied by a video program highlighting each victim, where the murders took place or where the missing person was last seen, and other locations important to the case. The videos will feature exclusive aerial views of Worcester from New England Sky Pix. Accompanying videos will be available on the show’s website and on YouTube.
