WORCESTER – As part of the City of Worcester’s #Worcester100 campaign to bring 100 events to the Worcester Common in 2017, the City will host the second annual Fall Festival — a family oriented event that is free and open to all ages.
The City is encouraging attendees to come dressed in full Halloween costumes for trick-or-treating around the Common Oval. There will be arts and crafts, a photo booth, face painting, a pie eating contest, a bouncy house and a petting zoo.
Additionally, there will be live performances from Crocodile River Music’s African jazz trio Vuelo, Hit The Bus, Giguere’s Dance, a live animal presentation from Animal Adventures, and Southeast Asian Coalition’s Worcester Youth Nian Dance.
Food trucks will line the Common and will include Big T’s Jerky House and BBQ, Teddy’s LunchBox, Table Talk Pies, and Minuteman Kettle Corn. Worcester Youth Nian Dance will provide cotton candy, and Mike’s Moonwalk Rentals will have old fashioned carnival treats
