Worcester Police Investigate Fatal Weekend Shooting

WORCESTER – Police seek help from the public in the investigation of a fatal shooting early Sunday morning.

Police responded to Grand Street at around 1:15 AM on Sunday. Upon arriving at the scene, responding officers located a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound and provided medical assistance until paramedics arrived.

The man was pronounced dead after being transported to a local hospital.
