WORCESTER – Uber’s online food ordering platform Uber Eats is finally launching in Worcester.

An email survey from Uber sent last week, read: “Good News! Uber Eats is coming soon to Worcester!”

The survey asks its users to select restaurants they would want to see Uber deliver from throughout Worcester.

The Uber Eats app can be downloaded on a smart phone and charges a delivery fee [typically $4.99] for each order.

Uber Eats launched in 2014 and partners with local restaurants in metro areas to offer a wide range of food delivery options. The application is currently active in Boston, Providence, and over 100 other cities in North America and across the globe.
