NORTHRBRIDGE – A six-alarm fire near Purgatory Rd. in Northbridge brought in firefighters from surrounding towns on Monday night, who fought the blaze into late Tuesday morning.
West End Firewood had seven structures on its property destroyed by the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Purgatory Rd. from Burdon St. to Rt. 146 remained closed into Tuesday afternoon.
