WORCESTER – A multi-agency drug trafficking investigation in Worcester resulted in the arrest of four Worcester men on Friday. Police also seized over 2,000 Oxycodone tablets, $60,000 currency, 70 grams of Cocaine, and 50 grams of Heroin during this investigation.
According to the Worcester Police Department [WPD], as part of an investigation conducted by the WPD, Massachusetts State Police, Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, Worcester Police Vice Squad, and Worcester DEA –TDS, officers executed multiple search warrants on Friday, May 11 and Saturday, May 12.
Luke Deptula, 33, and Daniel Deptula, 35, both of 112 Santoro Rd were arrested for Distribution of a Class B Substance (Oxycodone pills). The Deptulas were placed under arrest at Motel 6 in Northborough around 7 PM on Friday evening.
Luke Deptula was found with roughly 400 Oxycodone pills and is being charged with three counts of Distribution of a Class B Substance and Trafficking Class B 36-99.
Daniel Deptula is being charged with Distribution of a Class B Substance.
Just hours later, officers executed a search warrant at 253 St. Nicholas Ave in Worcester. There the officers arrested 57-year-old Brian Murphy who was found with 15 oxycodone tablets and was charged with Possession of a Class B Substance w/ Intent to Distribute.
The following morning, just after 1 AM, WPD Vice Squad officers and DEA officers executed a search warrant at 47 Ellsworth St #1. At the apartment, officers found 75 grams of cocaine, 51 grams of heroin and approximately 1,500 oxycodone pills.
Officers arrested Noel Perez-Dejesus, 37, and Elisa Aguilar, 29, both of 47 Ellsworth Street.
Perez-Dejesus and Aguilar were charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Trafficking in Class A Heroin, and Trafficking in class B Oxycodone Pills.
Following the arrest, authorities learned that Perez-Dejesus has an alias of Noel Perez and Alexander Ramirez. He currently has an outstanding warrant for drug violations under the name Alexander Ramirez.
