Two Worcester Men Arrested on Drug, Gun Charges

WORCESTER – Officer with the Worcester Police Vice Squad served a warrant at 94 Fairfax Road on Tuesday, May 17, leading to the arrest of two men.

Officers saw the individual named in the warrant, Fitzroy Ball, leave the residence and enter a Jeep. Officers detained Ball without incident.

Officers entered the third floor apartment through an unlocked door and found Albert Galloway inside.

According to the Worcester Police Department, the search led to the seizure of two bags of cocaine in Ball’s bedroom, along with digital scales and other material used in distribution.

Inside Galloway’s room, officers seized a handgun, a magazine with ammunition, a large capacity magazine, and additional ammunition.

Galloway faces charges of:

  • Improperly storing a firearm;
  • Possession of a large capacity firearm;
  • Possession of ammunition without an FID Card; and
  • Possession of a large capacity feeding device or weapon.

Ball faces a charge of possession of class B substance with intent to distribute.
