WORCESTER – Police arrested a local woman on Monday, Aug. 12, on drug distribution charges.

Officers first stopped the male, who admitted to police he had cocaine in his pocket. He voluntarily handed the package over to police. The Worcester Police Department says the man will receive a summons to court.

Officers then spoke to Jamie Gervais, 44, and asked her if she had additional drug. She turned over a plastic bag containing fentanyl and another bag with cocaine.

Gervais faces charges of:

  • Distribution of a Class B Substance;
  • Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute; and
  • Possession of a Class A substance with Intent to Distribute.
