The memorial mass for Holy Cross sophomore and rowing world-record holder Grace Rett brought together more than 1,000 members of the College’s community on Friday.
St. Joseph Memorial Chapel at was at its 800 person capacity, with another 350 in the overflow area. Rett’s family and rowing teammates were also in attendance.
Rett was killed in an early morning accident on January 16 while travelling with the women’s rowing team in Vero Beach, Florida.
