Worcester Police: Grafton St. Area Shooting Victim is 32-year-old Man

WORCESTER – The victim of a shooting near Grafton St. in Worcester on Saturday night is a 32-year-old male, according to the Worcester Police Department [WPD].

At 11:45 PM on Saturday night, the WPD confirmed with TWIW that they are investigating the shooting incident and that the victim’s condition was unknown. 

The shooting occurred around 6 PM at 5 Benham St.

A ThisWeekinWorcester.com reported Saturday evening, the man was shot multiple times in the arm and chest off and was found in traumatic arrest. He was transported to a local hospital “priority one” – which means an immediate threat to life exists — from the scene. 

The WPD is searching for the suspect’s vehicle – a dark colored Dodge Charger.
