AUBURN – Police arrested a local man who faces child pornography charges on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Auburn Police detectives received information about an Auburn resident allegedly distributing child pornography. They successfully applied for a search warrant related to the social media accounts, which enabled confirmation of the content and the owner of the account.
Detective then successfully applied for a search warrant of the home of William Gulbicki, of Auburn.
Detectives excuted the second warrant on Nov. 13. During a search of the home, the Auburn Police Department says that it located evidence that led to the arrest of Gulbicki.
Gulbicki faces charges of:
- Possession of Child Pornography;
- Dissemination of Child Pornography; and
- Secret Sexual Surveillance
