The roaring ’20s are being revived in Worcester!

The Atrium at 1 Exchange Place is hosting a 1920s Haunted Prohibition Party.

For two nights — October 25 and October 26 from 8:30 PM to 1 AM —  the Atrium will  transform into a 1920s speakeasy. Set in the age of prohibition and glamor, guests over the age of 21 are invited to don their best 20th century formal wear, flapper garb, and cocktail attire to enjoy a night of bootlegging and fun. As a haunted speakeasy, guests can expect ghouls and ghosts from Halloween’s past to reanimate and join in the festivities.

With a general admission price of $30, attendees will be excited for dancing to 1920s style music, drinking prohibition style cocktails, burlesque performances, and a photobooth with a complimentary keepsake. Party like its 1920 and get your tickets here!

“On a cold Halloween night in 1963, six-year-old Michael Myers brutally murdered his 17-year-old sister, Judith…”

On Monday, October 28 at 7  PM, Cinema Worcester brings John Carpenter’s original independent horror classic, starring a young Jamie Lee Curtis, to Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company in Worcester.

This is the 40th anniversary edition digital print, restored and remastered under the supervision of original cinematographer Dean Cundey. The night will feature sweets from Mrs. Moriconi’s, along with Greater Good’s award-winning selections of beers and ales. Tickets for the night are $5, and can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite.
