Worcester Police Stop for Stolen Car Leads to Drug Charges

WORCESTER – A police stop for a stolen vehicle led to drug charges for two men in Worcester.

An officer on Millbury Street observed a vehicle pull into a parking lot and two females enter at around 7 AM on Thursday, April 21. Officers quickly discovered the vehicle was reported stolen and engaged a traffic stop near Lafayette Street.

The driver, Lamarr Holley, 25, of Clinton, did not have a license to operate a vehicle. He did have  $7,759 in cash, a stun gun, 18 grams of cocaine, fentanyl, and Gabapentin and Suboxone which he did not have prescriptions for.

The front passenger in the vehicle, Aaron Combs, 40, of Worcester, was in possession of heroin, fentanyl and crystal meth.

Holley faces charges of:

  • Carrying a firearm without a license (stun gun):
  • Use of a motor vehicle without authority;
  • Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle;
  • Possession of class A substance with intent to distribute;
  • Possession of class B substance subsequent offense,;
  • Possession of class e substance with intent to distribute; and
  • Trafficking in class B substance (18-36 grams).
Combs faces charges of:
  • Use of a motor vehicle without authority;
  • Possession of class A substance with intent to distribute;
  • Possession of Class B with intent to distribute.
