Holy Cross Men’s Ice Hockey is home tonight at the Hart Center hosting the 11th ranked team in the country, Arizona State. Puck is scheduled to drop at 7:05.

The Crusaders have faced two other ranked teams this season. In the second game of the season senior Kevin Darrar notched an overtime goal at Providence, then ranked #7. Providence is still ranked in the top 10.

On January 17, the then ranked #20 Quinnipiac held off a 3rd period push to sneak out of Worcester with a 4-3. Quinnipiac has since moved up to #16.

Holy Cross finds itself at 9-13-5 overall on the season but have been impressive since the turn of the calendar year posting a 6-2-1 record.

In the last four, all in Worcester, the Holy Cross Men are 3-1 after splitting two with Rochester Tech (RIT) last weekend and sweeping two with Air Force the previous weekend. The wins against Air force evened the season series after the Crusaders dropped two in Colorado Springs in early December.

Jean Connor, a sophomore from Oakland, MI, leads the team in goals with 11. Senior Neil Robinson, from Pointe Clair, Quebec, leads the team in points with 20 on 7 goals and 13 assists.

Freshman goaltender Matt Radomsky was named Atlantic Hockey Goalie of the Month for January with a 6-1-1 record and 1.99 goals against average with .934 save percentage over 8 games. He comes to Holy Cross from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
