WORCESTER – A report of individuals throwing fireworks at pedestrians near Duffy Park prompted Worcester Police to deploy to the area around 10:15 AM on Tuesday, June 22.

Reports indicated fireworks being thrown from a Mercedes-Benz.

Officers did not locate the vehicle, but returned around 1 PM after another caller reported the same activity. There they observed a Subaru on Kinnicutt Ave operating erratically.

Officers issued him a summons to appear in court for Possession of Fireworks.
