WORCESTER – A Worcester Superior Court judge ordered a local man held without bail after his arraignment on Wednesday, March 31.
Robert Dupuis, 31, of Worcester, faces a murder charge in the shooting death of Quentin Jacobs-Hylton, also of Worcester, on August 16, 2020.
Dupuis also faces charges of Armed Assault to Rob, Illegal Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Illegal Possession of a Firearm.
Two co-defendants in the case also faced arraignment on Wednesday.
The judge ordered Malek Matos, 34, of Worcester, held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing on April 5. Matos faces charges of:
- Armed Assault to Rob
- Assault and Battery
- Illegal Possession of a Loaded Firearm
- Illegal Possession of a Firearm
Leeann Santiago, 34, of Clinton, faces a charge of Accessory to Murder. The judged ordered her to home confinement and monitored with a GPS device after being released on $5,000 bail.
A Worcester grand jury indicted all three defendants on March 19. The judge continued all three cases until May 25.
