Man Convicted of Fatal Stabbing of Holliston Man in 2017

WORCESTER – Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early Jr. announced on Tuesday, October 26, that a jury found Jeremy Robin guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the 2017 death of Timothy Commerford.

Commerford, 21, of Holliston, died on May 7, 2017 after being stabbed in the chest during an altercation on Green St. in Milford.

The jury found Robin guilty of voluntary manslaughter charge and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in the death of Commerford. It also found him guilty of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in the stabbing of a second man during the altercation who survived.

The judge revoked Robin’s bail and scheduled sentencing for October 29.
