46-Year-Old Man Pleads Guilty To Cocaine and Heroin Charges

WORCESTER – Vito Nuzzolilo of Worcester plead guilty to federal charges of conspiracy to distribute possess with intent to distribute both cocaine and more than 100 grams of heroin.

Due to a previous cocaine trafficking conviction Nuzzolilo faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in federal prison. He could face a life sentence. 

With a wiretap federal agents discovered Nuzzolilo coordinating the delivery of significant amounts of cocaine and heroin from New York to Worcester. He was also setting up the sale of drugs to various customers. 

Law enforcement seized drugs from several locations including Nuzzolilo’s BMW and from a car in route to Maine from his apartment. 

Federal prosecutors have obtained guilty pleas from four others in connection with Nuzzolilo. 

  • Ricardo Ortega-Vasquez, New York City, 23 months in prison in February 2019
  • Thomas Walker, Pemaquid, Maine, 30 months in prison, in November 2018
  • Melissa Rock, Pemaquid, Maine, 12 months and 1 day in prison, September 2018
  • Kristen Little, Worcester, 30 months in prison in June 2018
