A Marlborough man was arrested Thursday on charges of child exploitation.
Philip Raymond, 63, was indicted on 13 counts of sexual exploitation of minors, and attempt. Raymond will make an initial appearance in federal court in Boston on Friday.
The indictment alleges that between 2004 and 2012, Raymond produced or attempted to produce child pornography involving 13 different minors.
Raymond faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years and up to 30 years in prison per count, at least five years and up to life of supervised release and a fine of $250,000.
