Massachusetts Pirates 2020 Season Cancelled

The National Arena League [NAL], which the Massachusetts Pirates indoor football team compete within, have cancelled the 2020 season.

The NAL statement said the league’s board members determined by consensus that playing games without fans was not an option .

The Pirates’ were scheduled to open their season on April 11 in Worcester and to be at home the ninth game of a 14 game season on June 13.

Tickets for the Pirates 2021 season will be on sale Monday, June 15.
