DCR to Accept Mobile Payments at 10 Parking Lots Starting Today

WORCESTER COUNTY – Starting today — Tuesday, Sept. 14 — the Department of Conservation and Recreation [DCR] will start accepting parking fee payments via the mobile payment application Yodel at ten properties, including Regatta Point in Worcester, Purgatory Chasm in Sutton and Wachusett Mountain in Princeton.

The mobile payment option will allow visitors to pay for parking from their mobile device. Yodel can be downloaded using either the Google Play app store or the Apple App Store. The only Yodel feature available at DCR locations will be the contactless payment feature.

The 10 properties which will accept Yodel payments as of Sept. 14 are:

Mount Sugarloaf State Reservation

Sugarloaf  Street, Deerfield

Wachusett Mountain State Reservation

Mountain Road, Princeton

Regatta Point

North Lave Ave, Worcester

Purgatory Chasm State Reservation

Purgatory Road, Sutton

Nickerson State Park

Main Street, Brewster

Great Brook Farm State Park

North Road, Carlisle

Maudslay State Park

Curzon Mill Road, Newburyport

Harold Parker State Forest

Middleton Road, Andover

Halibut Point State Park

Gott Avenue, Rockport

Bradley Palmer State Park
