WORCESTER – The property of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Mulberry Street was sold on Wednesday, May 4.
The 5.3 acre lot sold for $5.6 million to PRII/ Wood Mulberry Street LLC.
The sale of the property was first reported by the Catholic Free Press.
The developer, Wood Partners, plans a 370-unit apartment complex and a five-level parking garage with a sky bridge. It plans 370 market rate units of one, two, and three bedrooms. For more on the development plans, click here.
