WORCESTER – Benjamin Willie, 20, of Worcester will be arraigned on murder charges on Monday, July 6, according to the office of District Attorney Joe Early.
Willie’s arraignment for of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury; and willful and malicious destruction of property was held Wednesday, July 1.
Willie’s arrest came after Josue Rios, 29, of Worcester was found with stab wounds near his home on Cutler St. Rios was rushed to UMass Memorial Hospital where he died.
