Mass. = National Consumer Protection Week starts on Sunday and the office of Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell will hold three virtual training sessions to help consumers make better financial decisions and advocate for their rights.
The three sessions are:
The session on Thursday covers a variety of topics including rental housing, home improvement contractors and credit reporting. It is presented by the attorney genera's office, the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation and MASSPIRG
The sessions on Monday and Tuesday are hosted by he Community Engagement Division and the Consumer Protection and Consumer Advocacy and Response Divisions of the attorney general's office.
All sessions are free of charge, but registration is required.
