WORCESTER – There is no school for Worcester Public Schools students on Friday, Feb. 3, due to expected extreme cold and wind chill.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill watch that includes Central Massachusetts from late Thursday night through Saturday afternoon and warns of dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero.
Head Start and before and after school activities and programs are also cancelled. The Durkin Administration building will be open.
