WORCESTER – A 21-year-old woman died on Tuesday morning in Worcester after being shot on Oread St.
According to the Worcester Police Department [WPD], officers responded to 15 Oread St. around 1:20 AM for a report of a victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Officers found the female victim inside the building. She was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
The WPD’s detective bureau is investigating the shooting.
