WORCESTER - Join local first responders as they take the Polar Plunge on Friday, March 3, at Polar Park. The event is part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics Massachusetts.
Check in is from 2 PM to 3 PM at Gate C. The plunge happens at 3:30 into a pool at Craft Corner. A map is available here.
The Massachusetts State Police, Worcester Police, Shrewsbury Police and the UMass Chan, UMass Memorial and Tufts departments are participating. Worcester EMS and the Worcester Fire Department are also included.
