WORCESTER – Quinsigamond Community College announced on Friday, October 16, that fully remote instruction will continue through its winter and spring semesters.

A select few courses will be on campus, such as labs or clinical experiences that require direct hands-on participation or specialized equipment.

QCC has offered online instruction for over 20 years and transitioned all support services for students to a remote format prior to launching the current academic year.

On Thursday, October 15, QCC announced the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief [GEER] Fund awarded $198,263 to the school to support students impacted by COVID-19. As part of the Education Stabilization Fund through the CARES Act, the grant was awarded to support emergency need-based assistance for eligible students impacted by COVID-19.
