WORCESTER- As a “thank you” to all of Worcester’s hospital workers for their increased time and dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic, local auto shop, Premier Auto Repair of 783 West Boylston St. is offering free services to all UMass and Saint Vincent hospital staff members.
John Cayer, owner of Premier Auto Repair told ThisWeekInWorcester.com that he and his team will be providing free vehicle pick-up and delivery, oil changes, as well as vehicle inspection reports to all hospital employees and their spouses.
Cayer said, “Whether you are a doctor, nurse, cafeteria worker, or janitor, as far as we are concerned you’re all working overtime and may not have time to take care of your car right now.”
“We are trying to do anything we can to help the community. No strings attached,” Cayer added.
The shop will be sanitizing door handles, keys, steering wheels, and gear shifters upon pick up and delivery of your vehicle.
The shop is also partnering with Project New Hope, a non-profit veterans organization, to raise donations of cash or non perishable items. Those who donate will be offered a 15% discount on all repairs.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
