On Tuesday night, the fans voted Duran to be one of the final 11 contestants, giving the Worcester singer the chance to perform live again on national television.

The Voice host Carson Daly asked Duran to again share his story of Tosti — and what the couple had been through prior to Duran’s blind audition.
For the second night in a row, Tosti was in audience to cheer on Duran.
“I just want to tell her I appreciate her support through this entire process. It hasn’t been easy. The night of my blind audition, before that she had to be rushed to the hospital. I was going to pull out of the competition. When she came out of surgery, she told me she wanted me to come out and sing. Thankfully, it worked out and now here I am,” Duran said.

With just six contestants remaining on stage, Duran was finally announced as one of the 11 to advance to next week.
The Voice returns with live performances on Monday night, Nov. 25 at 8 PM.
