WORCESTER – 23-year-old Sabrina Hatheway went missing in late December 2014.
Since then, there has been very little public information revealed regarding the investigation and search for Hatheway.
On Tuesday, Jan. 9, Hatheway’s former boyfriend Kevin Crozier, 30, of Worcester will appear in Worcester Superior Court on arson and conspiracy charges related to the burning down of his grandmother’s home at 11 Dixfield Rd in Worcester — the last place Hatheway was seen since Dec. 20, 2014.
According to a source close to the investigation, Crozier’s case will likely be continued again for a future date. The case has been ongoing since early 2015 and has been continued several times.
Crozier has been held at the Worcester County Jail on $150,000 bail.
Lionel Bermudez, 32, of Worcester and Scott Phelan, 31, of Millbury — both friends of Crozier — plead guilty to arson and conspiracy charges in March 2017.
According to court documents, Crozier offered Bermudez and Phelan $500 to help him burn down the home.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, Sabrina “was last seen with her Crozier “whose house burned down January 1, 2015 and deemed arson.”
